Not sure how to download this?

I know it sounds stupid, but im very confused of how to download it... i used the link on lomnc and waited an hour but nothing happened... then i downloaded some exe thing but all that did was install ilivid?

On the log in screen when i press new it takes me to sweetim website how do i log in please?
