its not the isp theres something conflicting with the server.

yo guys sorry for the late reply its been a real busy time here form me. Ive been talking to menace and hes having some mega computer problems he cant even get his computer to turn on. He has a virus or something. if anyone can help its saying something like:

a metropolitan box saying the computer has been blocked because of illigal use in some way. says he needs to pay £100 to gt it unblocked... really odd. When it get to the windows screen this come up so cant do a thing.

hes gonna try to system resotre to a point where it was fine and backup/format if he can.

i can fix that but hard to explain.

he needs to reboot into safe mode. open run and msconfig there will be a odd looking start up program. untick it.

it will point to a dll file in his app data in his user documents. make sure to delete that

his computer still turns out but cant get past that message box so everything is still on there so should be fine once its fixed. I just sent him a message to try it out sabre Thanks

lol so common, F8 on boot Repair your computer - system restore OR F8 safemode with networking and download malware bytes (it will load into safemode)

Get this loads of times at work from customers, enjoy the fix lol
