Maybe menace dont wanna host no more? lol:S this is exactly what happened with icemans server. We had word from the gms who kept saying it will be up it will be up, nothing from iceman until 6 days later he pops on and says server is dead!

Maybe if menace came on to say he is still hosting it might remove peoples doubts Smile

like i mentioned he has the pc working as far as i know but wants it to be 100% protected before he puts it back up.

Ill still be working on the files this week as ive not touched them all xmas!!

If menace stops hosting ill host, i have a space pc. If it means we get a mir server that dont die after a few months like they all do -_- its the wasted time that does my head in.

Hopefully that wont be the case and he is just trying to secure his pc! Smile

still need to get the files from menace so either way it makes no difference. i just hope he hasnt forgot to pay the bill for the server or else thats everything gone.

hey guys been talking to menace a bit today and he still says his pc is broke. I asked if he can get me a backup of the Latest server DB files so i can get itup locally for a bit. just waiting for a response.

if he cant get them to me i have older DB files and up to date server files ofc..... but it means a mega rewind or a fresh start which i dont really wanna do. So i think we should hold out till i know where we stand? ill see how old the backup i have is if u want guys.

the server is on a home pc so theres no payment for it only his electric.

Before u ask he did say he had his pc working but wanted to protect it... and now he told me its broke(how bad i dont know)

I share youre ethos tho of a server that stays up......... and our time spent done get wasted! Even if i have to run one myself. lol. Its makes you not wanna play any more after the 4/5/6th server that dies, Sad

Anyway good luck in sorting it, i was just starting to enjoy this server again!
